Advance payment is required in full to secure your requested date. Confirmation of date and booking will be sent by email. Please make payment by PayPal, cheque or by bank transfer.

Repairs to the hire bike should any damage occur. However, if you have disregarded the instructions of the trainers/organisers, or have been negligent in any way, we reserve the right to make a charge.
What is not included
Personal accident insurance. You are advised to consult your insurance company, particularly if you are self-employed.
Where we have provided you with a bike, it will be compliant with all legal requirements in England & Wales and remains the property of Adventure Riding Academy. It is to be returned at the end of the day(s) or on demand.
Safety & liabilities
Off road motorcycle activities can be dangerous and there is a risk of death, serious injury or disablement. Every effort to secure your safety will be made during your time with us. However, your instructor or Adventure Riding Academy is not liable for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury or death as a result of you attending, unless shown to be negligent. You have sole responsibility for your own conduct and safety as well as the safety of others. Adventure Riding Academy reserves the right to remove you from the course if it considers your behaviour to be detrimental to yourself and others.
You must advise us of any physical or medical conditions that could affect your ability to take part in the course.
Cancellation or changes by customer
The customer must request cancellation in writing by email or post. We will acknowledge in writing as soon as possible.
The following charges will apply for any cancellation where we cannot fill the place:
Up to 14 days prior to booked date – 15% administration fee
Less than 14 days prior to booked date – fee not refundable
If we are able to fill the place - 10% administration fee
During the course, if you decide not to continue – fee is not refundable
Provided you give us more than 14 days notice, you may transfer your booking to another date subject to a 10% administration fee. Changes are not permitted within 14 days of the course date and no refund will be made, irrespective of personal circumstances.
Cancellation or change by Adventure Riding Academy
We reserve the right to change, cancel or postpone your course and will offer an alternative date or if not suitable, reimburse your fee. Force majeure will be applied in any situation beyond the control of Adventure Riding Academy. This is not limited to war, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire, civil strife, adverse weather, location conditions or bureaucratic obstacles.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
If you have a complaint about any facet of your training course, in the first instance you must inform your instructor to enable action to be taken. Thereafter you must make the complaint in writing to Adventure Riding Academy within 30 days of the training course.
